Cardiologist Visit

Today Evie saw her cardiologist, Dr. Gulecyuz, who thought she was much improved since her last visit with him two weeks ago. Her pulse-ox was 81-84, which is even better than at home (it's because she likes Nurse Julie so much). Dr. G. said she can stop two of her twelve meds, and start weaning off a third one. Right now, he wants to reduce her meds and then see about reducing her oxygen.

Evie has been crawling around a lot, and wanting to stand at least once a day. Her cough is almost gone, but she still has spit-ups. Today she actually threw up a lot of her midday feeding, and part of it got on Grandma Cordes (we always joke that Evie has barfed all over everyone in the family except Grandma).

Evie is really interested in people's hair. Here she is playing with Auntie Di:

Evie chatted with Daddy when he got home from work the other day, "I don't mean to barf so much, Dad."
