Gavin will be starting summer school on Monday. It will be the same schedule that he had before and will run for six weeks. He will be in a new classroom: the Deer Room. At first he insisted that he wanted to stay in the Cat room, and I explained that he will only be in the Deer room for the summer and then it's back to the Cat room.
We got to meet his summer teacher and see the classroom last week. To our pleasant surprise, all the summer Deer friends are from the Cat room, so Gavin will know everyone right away.
Gavin played in his favorite spots, the block center and the house center. He showed us his favorite kitchen items:
