Gymnastics & Yoga, Anyone?

Last week when Evie would sit next to me, she would touch her head to the floor and scoot her butt upward. I didn't know quite what she was doing, but one time I decided to pick up her feet and help her do a headstand. Well, after that she wanted to do it all the time!

I don't know a lot about yoga, but I think the position she gets into is called "downward dog." Here she is:


Here's her headstand! We'll do this about 6 times in a row before she gets bored.
