Kids-n-Cats

Last Sunday we had a much-anticipated visit with Auntie Di, Uncle Kevin, and their cats. It had been a while since Evie and Gavin had seen their four-legged cousins. They tried to give treats to the cats, but needed a little bit of help.



Evie was grinning at the way Gavin was playing with Fergie...




Fergie had climbed up in her cat tree. First Gavin kept telling her to "come downstairs." Then he started bringing her toys, and she would bat them back to him.

This went on for some time and it was quite entertaining!

I think this look says, "I've had enough of these little people!" Or maybe Fergie is getting ready to pounce...I'm not that good at interpreting cat expressions!

We will have more cat photos next week, when we will get to meet Uncle David and Uncle Brad's new kittens. Toddlers and kittens together - that should be a riot!
